Important Delivery Information

Please read the below policies carefully:

Certificate of Insurance

If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance please let us know by emailing the information to bestwayshippingnetworks@gmail.com ASAP with your order number. *only applies to White Glove deliveries*

 

Please let us know if you're in a gated community.

Our typical delivery hours are 7am-8pm Monday through Friday. If you cannot accept the delivery between these times please let us know. Surcharges may apply.

 

You will receive additional information regarding your delivery window in upcoming emails. 

 

This email also serves as notice for your pickup, if applicable. 

 

If you take no further action, we consider this delivery appointment confirmed.

 

Please let us know by 12pm the day before the delivery if you cannot accept the delivery or a $110 rescheduling fee will be incurred. 

 

Do not respond to this email. Please fill out a delivery status request form on franceandson.com (this can be found on the bottom of their home page in the help center, where it says “Where’s my order”)  If you do not include your order number we may not be able to assist you. Responding to this email directly will send an error message. A separate email needs to be sent in order for us to assist you. If you require immediate assistance please chat into bestwayshippingnetwork.com and chat with Astrid for assistance. 

 

Bestway reserves the right to deny white glove service if the item(s) the customer has purchased are too large or heavy for the white glove service to be performed safely for the property and the men. This includes but is not limited to doorways and hallways that are too tight for the item(s) to fit through. It is the responsibility of the end consumer/designer to ensure the property has ample space for the item(s) to be brought inside safely. Bestway reserves the right to make the final decision on white glove service being performed or not.  if the item(s) are too large and heavy to fit through doorways. If it is deemed too large or heavy the white glove service will be automatically refunded via the retailer that the order was placed through.
